Dictionary fund account, 1909-1913.

The Education Department began sales of Webster's dictionaries to school districts on March 3, 1883, under the "rules of distribution to districts" [Laws 1883 c115]. The law was repealed in 1913 [Laws 1913 c41]. The fund account lists date, district number, county, remittance (form of payment, number, place of issue, amount, turned over to state treasurer), and shipped (date, to whom, place, indexed, plain).
